This is where every format we build lives in one place: households across the island, resort operators and expatriate managers work with us entirely in English from first message to handover. Dry cabins, infrared rooms, steam rooms and cold plunges go into Nongsa villas, Nagoya hotels and Batam Centre cluster homes alike, indicative IDR 15-300 million, anywhere from one day to eight weeks.
Dry sauna
Timber-lined room running 70-90 degrees off a 3.6-9 kW heater, sized to fit the space you have instead of a fixed factory template.

Board lining, 50 mm rockwool, a foil vapour barrier sealed at every seam, a 20 mm air gap, cedar last. Miss the foil or skip the gap and this island's humidity gets into the wall cavity within two or three years - long before the cabin should show its age.
Ordinary screws don't last near open water. Coastal jobs get stainless hinges, brackets and fixings throughout, an outdoor roof against sun and rain, and a plunge chiller kept in shade where its condenser isn't fighting the heat.
A 6-9 kW heater wants 7,700-11,000 VA, so most 2,200-5,500 VA houses move up a tier first. Our scope is the SiHF cable, breaker and ELCB; the tier upgrade itself is between you and PLN Batam.
Harvia, Sawo and Tylo, each under one to two years of factory cover, with elements, stones and controller boards already sitting in our Batam Kota store rather than on order from Jakarta.

We can't decide between a dry sauna and a steam room for a Nongsa villa - how do most people choose?
A dry sauna and a steam room solve different cravings more than they compete with each other. Guests used to Nordic-style heat tend toward the dry room; anyone chasing a spa-like, water-heavy experience leans steam. If space or budget forces a single choice, we ask what you do after: dry rooms pair naturally with a cold plunge, steam rooms pair naturally with a rinse shower.
Is there a package price for sauna plus cold plunge, or do we get two separate quotes?
One quote, not two, whenever the two are being installed together. Combining them lets us share a survey, a delivery and often a wall between the wet and dry sides, which shows up as a single reduction on the combined price rather than two full call-out costs.
Our resort wants one of each - sauna, steam and plunge - across three different villas. Can that be one project?
It can be, and it's more efficient that way. One survey trip covers all three villas, fabrication for all the panels happens in the same workshop run, and installation gets sequenced villa by villa rather than starting the whole process over each time. Tell us all three scopes upfront and the quote reflects the efficiency.
